A legal disclaimer

All sales of services by TruWorks Construction are final. Due to the nature of our work, including custom planning, material procurement, and labor coordination, we do not offer refunds once a contract has been signed and work has commenced. In certain cases, if a project is canceled prior to material purchase or mobilization, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion, less any administrative, consultation, or design fees incurred up to that point. Any deposits made toward design, permitting, or scheduling are non-refundable. By proceeding with our services, you agree to this refund policy in full.
